Kevin Murtha’s legal practice has been devoted exclusively to business planning and trusts and estates since the early 1990’s. His primary areas of concentration are sophisticated tax and estate planning, and estate and trust administration. Kevin’s work involves drafting sophisticated wills and trusts and implementing tax minimization strategies.
Kevin’s litigation experience includes handling of contract disputes of all kinds, business-tort disputes, shareholder disputes (including shareholder-derivative actions and disputes among shareholders in closely held corporations), employment disputes, zoning and other land-use disputes, real-estate disputes,and insurance-coverage disputes.
